Descending via Hakone Ropeway from Owakudani Station. Heading towards Lake Ashi. Then on then ship we'll go!
Post-trip:
After the Owakudani station, there's actually another station before we started descending (for real). It's called Ubako station.

"Please teach the employee."
I still have no idea what the sign is trying to say.

As the ropeway cabin descended towards Togendai station, there were several strong gusts of wind; we could feel the cabin rattle and kind of slowed down a bit. And we had our first view of Lake Ashi!
Our plan was to take the board across Lake Ashi to Moto-Hakone port and take the bus back to our hotel.
The lake cruise was very cold, because of the ship's speed, combined with the cool weather. Tons of greenery around, and we spotted a few shrines.
